The export dialog should have everything in the same list.

And from "save as..." you can select any of the available file types.

Quick render is the button you use on mobile.

Otherwise, you can record the playthrough using Edison or whatever.

I can't get quick render to work on desktop tho. weird

Once it's in audio form inside FL, you can export from Edison, or find the recording in the recordings folder/wahtever.

In the "recorded" folder.

Do you see the recording you made in the playlist?
Double click that, and you can drag/drop the waveform to your desktop/whatever.
