Is the mastering must be squashed like that on 0 dp?
I do fell its a little bit low on volume but in terms of mix its sound way better to me.
I know that all of the main stream pop is mixed like this, but I don't know how to get a good mastering without ruing the mix

A mix shouldn't be judged on how it looks, but how it sounds. It's basically impossible to tell if a mix is good by just looking at a waveform. Trust your ears 👍
