assuming you may have gotten the midi of it, there could be extra data in there that is altering the sound vol/pitch you should check that if the instrument for that channel rack is affected by it

This could be done by the channel rack knobs-> edit events (you can delete it all or alter the part that its under) , or on a per-note basis where the velocity and other parameters go. (screenshots of your problem could help a bit more than just uploading a track)
