Thats an automation clip
This one (which im assuming from the name) modulates the high cut frequency of your house bass mixer channel.
That means, if it goes down, the high cut frequency gets higher, so it sounds "thinner " (the low end get cut off)
next portal
rick click whatever parameter you want to adjust and click on "create automation clip"
after that it should show up on the playlist and you can edit it
