mp3 and ogg are compressed so its nothing unusual to lose high end frequencies as they are barely audible

otherwise u can use edison and record an internal clip and then drag it out, see if that works for you instead
Both of those are addititve synths which iirc have that native cut-off point
It has to do with how they work, the science behind it escapes me at the moment
completely normal with mp3 exports. it's compressed to save space like this
you know how wav files are like, 100x the size of mp3 files? that's because mp3 files data compress by getting rid of information that's unnecessary, such as high passing information that we as humans wouldn't really be able to tell isn't there in the first place
which was a big deal in the 90s with small hard drives and the rise of CDs
