if you don’t mind walking about 20 mins through the city centre, park in st johns carpark and if u register online before, all day parking is maximum £6
st johns is far away enough that u wouldnt have to worry abt ppl parking there bc of the concert

literally same ,this show has been messed around to much ,it was cancelled with no further info for months to be rebooked for a more intimate show but it wasn't when they let people who were going in later and made people wait 2 hours for the hour they were owed for it being canceled ,only to have 20 mins of play time ,its ridiculous when he says he cares but can't show it by bothering to give us the time we payed for.

the entire show was the biggest let down of my life, my mums disabled and the accessibility was diabolical, the interval between EXTREMELY disappointing sound check and the actual concert was unorganised and shocking. made disabled people walk over 15 minutes back out in the freezing cold to wait until doors, and then no communication with disabled access and how to get in earlier/quickly. There were disabled access advocates losing their minds at security due to how awful the planning was. I had to keep my calm as a manager was saying to my mum “i’m gonna ask you to leave the building now so we can continue.” as she was near a panic attack, barely able to stand up due to her lymphoedema. The messing about with the staff not knowing where ANYTHING was or what was happening caused my mum to walk 8,000 steps when it should have been to the door from a taxi and back out into one. This has made our last yungblud concert ever disappointing and after seeing him 3 times, we won’t be going again. Might not be all of his team’s fault but they definitely played a part in the awful sound check experience. I will be fighting for a refund for that short and wrongfully advertised soundcheck. Disgusting.

Yes I must say it was very poorly organised but while we was waiting in the corridor for the soundcheck you could hear stuff happening and ibvs they can't really let people in so it's out if doms hands and sort iff the venue but again was really badly organised especially the priority queue because we did not get priority

not out of his teams hand to attempt to fight it though, whoever is in control of whatever made the whole night just unbearable for what i can say was 99% of people who required disability access
he used to go on so much about disability access awareness and now it’s never mentioned, such a shame

Definitely do think people from soundcheck should be putting in complaints to the jacaranda, yungblud and the m&s arena cause hopefully then they’ll do something, I’m trying to get my money back cause I did NOT buy a ticket for a 20 minute show, half of which was his ‘q&a’ which he didn’t even know what was going on
