idk if they have it in canada, but i’ve lately been wearing “Mando” brand spray deodorant bc i can’t do the aluminums in most depends/anti-persperants that actually work

and it says it’s good for 72 hours but i have to do it every day….but it helps me feel less…. just wet all the time

I've been looking into antiperspirants because I just can't deal with my pits and underarms of my shirts feeling wet all the time 💀

soapbox soapbox i inherited this soapbox, you don’t have to pay attention but i have to say it…

The aluminum in antiperspirants are REALLY bad for your health bc you’re not supposed to have that much metal in and near your body, even though it works perfectly for preventing perspiration bc it blocks the sweat fro coming out. both the blocking of the sweat and the “where does the sweat go” is really bad for you long term.

Coconut oil based deodorants do the job well but they leave a nasty ass film i can’t stand. see if you can find a “men’s” deodorant spray without aluminum bc it will be designed to tackle the STANK and WET, and sometimes you can get them in pleasant natural smells that aren’t “GuNFiRe aNd GRiLL sMoKe!!”
