I booked a place called Residencia Abay, it looked nice and not too expensive. It's not exactly close to the festival area but since I'm staying for a week I prefered getting something closer to the city center

@supple kraken so basically ive never been to ~festivals~ but ive been to a lot of concerts specially the rose, and ill be going to lollapalooza in chicago - what sort of things were you wondering about?

the best tip i can have for a festival from what others have shared is always prioritize water and comfort bc its usually hot - so make sure to read the policy for the festival on outside drinks or buy something there but staying hydrated is #1

Yes, I agree with Rach. I have already attended many festivals, and what is important is to stay hydrated. You will not be allowed to bring bottles of water with you into the festival, so you can purchase drinks at the different bars. Or, I advise you to visit the security personnel near the stages frequently, as they often give bottles of water for free 😉

I can also recommend that you pay attention to the crowd. Sometimes, during concerts, people push, and it can be dangerous, especially if you are small. You can easily get hurt.

And by the way don't hesitate to explore all the stages. It's an opportunity to discover many artists whose names you didn't even know. 😊 Personally, I discovered Oscar and the Wolf, and I had a fantastic time. It was truly awesome

in terms of timing of when you should go, check when the rose are performing and decide from there - you can always explore the rest of the festival before and after their set !

I'm an introvert and not a fan of crowds so I had a lot of near panic attacks and trouble breathing (also asthmatic) when I went to the concert last year but I met some wonderful people that made a circle around me to make it less crowded 🙂 and they made sure no one stepped on me when I had to crouch down before the concert started because the loudness was giving me anxiety. I really love the Rose so I like seeing them perform ❤️
