#POST v2/embed 502 Bad Gateway

We get the following error once in a while using Embed V4.
POST https://api.cohere.com/v2/embed "HTTP/1.1 502 Bad Gateway"

Any tips on how to mitigate it? What is the reason? Apart from retry any other tips?

Hey man, haven't happened since but I will def send an email with the logs when it happens again. The status page was all green during that.
