What problems are you having?
I'm in the exact same case.
I tested with default generic ASA profiles of the k1 max with the polymaker ASA and it prints very well.
I was wondering if polymaker could share creality print profiles and it seems not (hope you correct me on that <@&1122587817768398938> )
so best advice from me is just to use default ASA profile in your creality print software and it prints fine.
maybe one day we will see something pop here: https://wiki.polymaker.com/polymaker-products/printer-profiles/abs-asa/polymaker-asa#tab-creality but for now it's empty and creality print does not support importing other file formats
I print a lot of PolyMaker ASA. Here’s the settings I use on my heavily modified Ender 6 using Orca Slicer:
Temp: 240-260C
First layer: 250C
Other Layers: 245C
Bed temp (textured PEI): 90C
Fan off
Retraction: 1mm
Retraction speed: 20mm/sec
Prints great. Could be tuned a bit for faster printers
also helps to heat the printer in front and leave bed on in the end slowly colder just let it take time if you have it
+1 to heat soak the bed - I do 260/100 but other settings are the same. I don’t think the K1 Max can adjust chamber temperature, if it could 55-60C of chamber temp is ideal
I also while heat soaking turn all the fans to max
For printing. I do print with fan on I think up to 40ish percent max. But it does effect layer adhesive s little
1 mm is alot is it a Bowden extruder? I'm assuming you did the retraction text in orca ?
