Having trouble with prints coming out mixed gloss/matte finishes.
I've tried profiles provided by Bambu and by Polymaker. The differences are small between the profiles. Cooling and V.flow. Min fan 0, max fan 20, v.flow 8 from polymaker made no difference vs bambus profile with min. fan 40, max 90 and v.flow 11.5
The prints are 250mm height and 5mm thick.
Printing at .2 with .4 nozzle. Speeds are lowered (Attached). I tried printing @250C, 255C, 265C. Same results.
Filament is tried for at least 6 hours. I have also dehumidifier running 24/7 in the room so technically there's no moisture in or around.
I tried printing small sample 50x50x5 and it comes out ok.
Also a bit of strings/beads are left after each print 😦 I'm ok with that as it looks super minor in general.

I'm also confused about temperatures. On the spool it says 230-240, profile from polymaker website is 255 and also bambu profile. Temp tower confirms that 230-240 isn't good... so what the hell? Neither did I actually see anyone recommending to download polymaker profiles? Another glaring "issue" is that I ran orca max flow and it shows no issues whatsoever for 16 flow, up to 20 even. Bambu is 11.5 and I printed at least 10 parts with bambu profile. I'm printing now with 16 and it looks the same (During print). So are the polymaker profiles worth anything?

Disclaimer says tweaks, flow alone is not a tweak. Setting temperature way higher than recommended on the spool also isn't a tweak :/

I would dry the filament more if you have stringing and beading. I dry my new PETG spools of filament 2x to 3x the recommendation. But very important thing about PETG, It hates cooling, meaning you need to print with no fan or very minimal fan cooling. Also basic PETG likes to be printed slow, so start at 50mm and move up through testing to see that works for you.

If you want to print faster with PETG highly recommend getting PETG HS

The filament is dried a lot. I use 4 bay drier, every time I put new roll I start drying cycle. So at any given time the roll that is in the printer gone through 3 cycles.
That is on top of the room being under 30% humidity at all times and temperature regulated 25 ambient 24/7.
And apart from that is there anyone that can actually chip in on questions? No offense, but your answer is as generic as it gets.

No offense I can only go off what you post.

Filament is tried for at least 6 hours.

It was just a starting point of a suggestion instead of a essay of random possible fixes. No point in suggesting other things if you haven't done the basics.....

If you want help you should be a bit more thorough in adding info to help other understand your situation instead of assuming we know what you did without you stating it.

Have you check all of the other slicing results?
