Well either your Z offset needs to change or you need to add elephant foot compensation. Without a picture I can't tell you which.

@rugged tree Hey thanks for responding! Here is a V2.4 part printed in PPS-CF10. My setup normally does an auto-z offset based of probing the endstop and probing the bed surface, It may be the higher nozzle temp has something to do with it, hence why I wondered if someone with the same setup noticed the same thing. Auto-z is spot on for all my other filaments, but they don't print that hot.
