Would be cool if polymaker offered filament swatches like Bambu labs has. I love polymakers filament over all other brands and having something like that to see exactly what each color/material looks like in person vs on a screen would help so much with projects and color matching.

Like a Pantone or RAL reference book but for filaments

#

Would be a cool service to offer rather than having to order every filament to make the swatch yourself

#

So you could see all the filaments and make an informed decision when buying a specific color

Aye. It's valuable to know how a filament looks with the layer lines and all. Can sometimes be quite unexpected.

Yes, I've purchased rolls of filament only to find that the pictures or lighting used made it look different than the actual color. Polymaker isn't an exeption to that. Color swatches would be great.

This is when one person who already has them all should start printing and selling swatch sets. You’d have to know how many people would want them and at what price to go through the hassle of getting all the colors yourself

PCX / The Filament Codex does something like that. But I don't know how complete their polymaker sets are.

I decided to just make my own database, with reference to PCX when possible. But most of my filaments don't have a PCX entry, so I need to find a good way to get accurate color measurements.
