Hi!, I am going to start printing the first structural elements for a game-night/tabletop STL kickstarter. The first wave of STL's came out over the weekend.

Printing with an X1C.

The main concerns of mine are~

Layer bonding for the very vertical leg elements, the damage resistance of the large threads atop them and the flexibility before shattering when dropped or bumped.

I'd like some help deciding between these for the structural bits, light-brown/wood colour to keep with a somewhat natural feel of the rest of it. I will need some 10-15 Kg between Poly Wood + PolyMax/PLA Pro~

I wouldn't use PLA for that. PETG minimum imo

To be honest I've never had a good experience with PETG on my Bambu X1C. I've tried so many different flavors including Polymaker PETG, it just doesn't come out very clean. It's a somewhat well known problem with Bambu.
