Suggestion: Enable T7 for Spectral Gear

Now that Maze is also considered budget, i think that is time for Spectral gear to shine again

T7 spectral gear will outperform T7 maze as dedicated damage dealer gear due to stronger set effects. It is fine for spectral gear to be a budget option that doesn't scale well into the lategame.

I feel like a better direction for spectral/phantom gear is to solidify its role as transitional gear and just make it cheaper to tune (by either limiting substat pool for line 2 or just making it cost less).

You don´t want them t7 bc they surpass Maze in some specific builds with less investiment, I want them t7 bc they surpass Maze in some specific builds with less investiment.

everything that isn't Anti-X gear is "specific builds" fyi

you can argue that the final form of anti-X gear will still be maze, as it has anti-X sets (which are indeed the pve endgame) and you will be right tbh
