Hello, I have a question regarding Operator Buffs:
Is there a reason that KR gets an operator buff every operator release but Global does not?

Here is a list of operators that has gotten an operator buff at the time of their release on KR.

very relevant for those of us who pulled for asha and now stuck on lvl1 side skill because no operator buff

because I don't schedule operator buff within a month of each other

Optimally people only level operator side skills while the operator company buff is up due to the cost difference as is. With the current scheduling people are typically waiting 1+ months to use the operators they roll, which is a quite while to wait after pulling for a new operator. Would be much appreciated if we could get operator buff on release of new operators so that those that elect to pull can immediately have fun with and test their new operator.

when the KR and GL's schedules finally sync, both servers will equally get it. yes.
