You can pick what main set and rarity aswell as tier to auto dismantle in workshop so at the very least it can save some time

no, it's more like the moment you craft your gear it will automatically dismantle the main set, tier, and rarity that you picked instead of going to storage to dismantle gears manually

I can also suggest auto dismiss units you already have max tactical updates during summons
