Specifically this happens when I have the water in a cobblestone cistern

but certainly not exclusively in one, I haven't tested every block in the game lol. Idk sometimes It picks up the water and sometimes it doesnt. very weird

seems to only happen when the water is 'full' though

OKAY YEAH I think it's only a problem with full water, For some reason full water doesn't get used up.

This is no bueno

how do I fix it?

I tried the thirst bottles mod but no cigar
