Is that right that flowing fluid makes my water level 4 blocks higher when it rains? I mean its a cool feature but im scared, that after a few rain falls I flood my whole map. I read that water should just get 1 block higher and not 4 is that right?

water should evaporate after the rain ends unless its pooling somewhere wuickly but then it'll only stay there

#

you can disable water filling above the layer of the block its filling in the settings

Yeah I saw the config command to disable it. But I think this mechanic is really cool. But I think it evaporate too slow so it's 3 blocks higher in one rain and to the next rain it just evaporated a half block or almost 1 block. I saw a command to change the speed of evaporating but I'm not sure if a lower number makes it slower or a higher number. Is there a chance to add a max height over sea level that water can fill? So I can't over flood my map?

Ah and I have the mod serene seasons and it's spring and really rainy probably that can cause the overflood.

you can always carve a channel to nearby riversz and oceans

#

they wont flood and they'll absorb infinite water

hey me again. My map now overflood xD and i think the issue is that my Biomes O planty Biome i live doesnt fit well with the mod so the Ocean near by overflood and evaporate perfectly but the Ocean near my Biome not. Is their a way to add this biome to the mod. I saw something in the debug menu that it is possible is that right?
