#Minecraft Skin Outer Layer Is Offset

Hey y'all! I was trying to a resoucepack called "Eyeless Fresh Moves" with EMF (Entity Model Features), ETF (Entity Texture Features) and 3D Skin Layers mod, but the outer layers of the skin are totally offset from the Minecraft character. Any ideas how to fix that? Thanks for any help!
