#Irongolem and striders not recognizeing proper biome assigned textures?

essentially i have assigned height and biome based textures to those mobs and it worked perfectly fine with optifine in the past but now they refuse to work as intended.

basically i have a set of skins i pull from in general and have them overwritten by the specific biome variants

how the golem renders ingame (should be this https://i.imgur.com/IQGBUc6.png) https://i.imgur.com/fQn4vBL.png
strider renders like this https://i.imgur.com/FNWbogH.png but should use this texture instead https://i.imgur.com/QM4Q730.png

other mobs like dolphins seem to work fine tho (there could be more that work and dont work. these are however the ones i have noticed so far... that being said maybe something is wrong on my end instead so if you can help me out i would greatly appreciate it

Minecraft: is redundant

You can remove it from biomes

And Max height is considered deprecated

I think etf expects both a min and Max height

no errors in the log as far as i could tell... at least not related to the irongolem

i did try to use heights as well also tried removing the minecraft: etc etc but yea no avail =/

Go to etf settings >textures>debug>log mode chat, then right click one of the golems and screenshot the chat message

where do i find the etf settings? i am using sodium in 1.21

tested in latest build but doesnt seem to be fixed? or is there something specific in the settings i need to flick for it to work?

hmm ill have another look, there was another similar issue and i assumed it was the same

in case the latest update was to adress the issue. It still persists. you want me to make a lightweight version of the pack for testing purposes?

(and yea its redundant to add the minecraft: infront of the biomes but i assume if there are some modded biomes it could be relevant no?)
