Yes, look at the example of this on the top section of #notable-exf-packs
in this resource pack the texture for the general model, which contains several models at once, changes
I want to change the armor model and the texture of the model
seperate models
is there an example of how to do this using .properties?
👆
If that's what you're talking about, then that's not what I need or Maybe I just can't find it?
That should be it, does it not vary the models with properties?
I'm sorry, I didn't understand the question.
I'll check it hang on
in this resource pack there is 1 model, on which different textures are applied using .properties
due to which unnecessary parts of the model disappear
okay, ty!
Ah yeah it uses cit...
Certainly!!!!!!
I am very happy
oh wait
it doesn't work(((
I made a mistake
apparently it is impossible to make it so that it is the model that changes, and not the texture for it
It should be possible, show me your .properties file
You have to use nbt to access the player inventory to get the armor item names however
model=armor_stand_outer_armor
nbt.display.Name=1
Completely wrong on multiple accounts, I'll help tomorrow its very late for me now
okay, thank u
I tried to do it right using the optifine documentation, but it still didn't work for me
there may be a bug rn
im checking and fixing it
i am then finally making an example pack for this
wow, thank you)
hmm
it can really only be done easily on a whole armor basis
doesnt really work this way for individual armor parts
CIT is just going to have to be the way
with models with all the variants inside them

Yes, I wrote about this above. in 1 armor model there are all model variants and using cit the textures on the model are replaced. Is it possible to replace the armor model using cit?
