so I changed their models

all's well and good

texture loads perfectly

now for some reason they suddenly have profession overlays (I have no idea where they're pulling them from, because the highest prioirity resource pack overwrite their textures with transparent ones)

I couldn't tell you what changed between the first time I started mc and their textures worked
