Crash when in inventory

Weird one... The game crashed when I shift clicked something in my inventory (in the nether after a while in there...)
Each attempt to open back the inventory and hover stuff made crashed the game. EMF/ETF up to date. Standing still -> no problem, switch to spectator and came back to overworld, then the game don't crash anymore while in inventory. Went back where I crashed in the nether... I can play again 🤷‍♂️
Not sure this is really an EMF/ETF issue, but there is a few line in the crash report, so idk?

PS if that matter, no crash of the server
