Not sure what is particularly causing this, are there any mods known to cause this when used together? (Texture packs are enhanced endermen, and Tissou's Zombie Pack which both have emissive textures.)

(also, cem didnt work either, so Im pretty sure something else is causing this, but I cant figure out what.)
