Hello, @summer urchin , we are runnnig on latest, v1.3.6.

@cloud torrent @summer urchin we have the same error when the load increases.

We are running permify v1.3.7 in Kubernetes, and we have a dedicated RDS instance as well.

Did you find the root cause of your issue?
