The Expand API is primarily used to retrieve all subjects (users and user sets) that have a relationship or attribute with a given entity and permission. It's designed to reason about the complete set of users who have access to their objects, which helps in building efficient search indices for access-controlled content, rather than serving as a direct tool for audit logging.

Your request seems solvable to me with check APIS, but I'm not entirely sure. Could you elaborate more on what you exactly want to achieve?
