Hi, after this recent update my game hanged at the middle of the game. After restart the game gets stuck at login (shows logging in continuously). Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times on multiple devices (android phone and tablet) But still can't login. Please help. It's one of my favourite mobile games ever. I got the game through gamepass

Have you tried clear cache? Once the RAM hits its capacity, it would also lead to crashes

Xiaomi pad 6. I've cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. I've also tried installing it on my phone but the same problem. Tab has 8gb ram but was working on my tab flawlessly until it the game crashed on the last update and now it won't load. Ps my phone has 12 gb ram

My limited understanding is that the cloud save might be corrupt as it won't work when installed on my phone either. But that's just my guess. Thanks
