I purchased the Brotato Mobile DLC, and I did not receive access to the DLC. I contacted support by email and I have not responded for days, they asked for proof of purchase, it was sent and so far I have not had a response.

unfortunately you are not the only one. I have had back and forth the email support for over a week. They tend to respond every 3 or 4 days it seems
