I have I think similar issue. My processor is I9 12900k. First 10-30 min game is using 22-25%. After that it starts using 50%. It could happen in any scenario: Fight in dungeon, main quest movie, etc. I tried even delete all my factory - still happens. So factory is not the source of bug.

I see your frametime spike up to 25ms, that reflect at 40FPS on average. You have timing error with maybe GSYNC/FREESYNC, window refresh variable setting? Check VSYNC type, no "half framerate" setting.

also see, you have frametime in downward trend, to 4-5ms between peak, that reflect 240hz monitor. Seems like problem with game max FPS and your software, battling to unlock framerate or some misconfig issue

If you have 240hz monitor, try change monitor max refresh rate to 120hz in control panel, check game, see if same problem

I have already tried quite a lot but the only fix seems to switch to DX11.

• G-Sync and V-Sync are both off in Nvidia control panel.
• Variable refresh is disabled.
• Main Monitor set to 120Hz did not fix it as well.

I also tried:

• Close basically all other programs and background processes.
• I disabled all monitoring software such as HWiNFO, MSI Afterburner, RTSS.
• Windows Game Mode On/Off
• Global C-States: Enabled/Disabled

try to reduce power to CPU, package power max watt. Intel tuning utility. Or use windows powerplan to set lower max power to CPU and no boost effect

i dont think i can reduce or do anything power related, its a locked intel cpu specifically i3-8100 so it sucks nevertheless, does reducing its ability to work 100% do any better 😭

but its more or less pretty decent

tho most phones would definitely run on minimum settings, my phone heats up way to fast on it

i love how when im playing cs2 my gpu stays at 780mhz and 40W most of the time, it aint even trying while i3-8100 is running like crazy to catch up (gpu rtx 3060 12gb 2115mhz / 193W peak for my silicon) i know this isnt endfield and its not related but just saying 😭

mobile limitations i guess, it barely uses any power otherwise battery would be gone faster than oroberyls on banners, it gets hella hot using any of its cpu/gpu since it has passive cooling the size of a pea and it also needs power for the display, other android bs in the backgroud.. so yeah i guess they had to make compromises in mobile department for the game to run on everyones phone and/or even for ur high end phone

on my ipad pro m1 chip, i can usually run it at the max settings for like 30 minutes or so, after that it just gets too hot and starts thermal throtling and stuttering. so i shift the settings down to high

in places like wuling though which are very beautiful, i like to max out all my settings but shift my fps to 45 to avoid throttling, since i prefer better visuals in wuling than 60fps but with lower visual fidelity
