Hey, so I finished running tests on Lifeng with ultimate recharge pieces, and the results are... AMAZING! His ultimate is basically always up for the next Breach application. Ultimate damage doesn't drop off that much either. What does get gutted is your battle skill damage (about 50% loss), and stagger windows take a bit longer to reach. But honestly, I'd say it's worth it. Especially against non-Rhodagn bosses that don't always give you an easy window to attack. And also in terms of damage, it's not too big of a loss either because of new Xiranite buff.
