Q: How do I download Arknights: Endfield?
A: Endministrators can download the game from the official website, the App Store, Google Play, PlayStation®5, Google Play Games on PC, or the Epic Games Store.

Q: How much storage space does Arknights: Endfield require?
A: Different devices will require different amounts of space:
PC: 50GB or more free space (an additional 40GB is required when extracting files)
※ Install on an SSD for better gaming experiences.
iOS: 25GB or more free space
Android: 25GB or more free space
PS5: 60GB or more free space

Q: What should I do if it prompts "Not enough storage space" when installing the game on PlayStation®5 despite having enough space?
A: We are aware that in some cases, PlayStation®5 users with sufficient storage may still receive a "Not enough storage space" prompt during downloads or updates. Solution: Please try uninstalling and then reinstalling the game.

Servers & Login

Q: What servers does the game currently offer? What are the differences between them?
A: The game currently has two servers: Asia Server and Americas / Europe Server.
The time zone for the Asia Server is UTC+8. The time zone for the Americas / Europe Server is UTC-5.
When logging into the game for the first time, Endministrators can check the server response time on the startup screen. We recommend choosing the server with the lower response time to start the game.

Q: Is there cross-progression between different servers or platforms/devices?
A: In Arknights: Endfield, game data is separate and not shared between servers. Players are also unable to add friends or use blueprint codes across different servers.
By logging in with the same Gryphline Account, your game progress on the same server is synced across different devices and platforms (PC, Android, iOS, PS5™).

Q: What impact will the selected country/region have after downloading?
A: After downloading the game and logging into your account, the country/region selected from the dropdown menu will not affect your gameplay and is not related to server selection.
Please submit authentic and valid information based on the actual situation. The account holder must bear any consequences or responsibilities arising from providing false information.

Q: I am playing on the PlayStation®5 platform. Can my account progress be shared with other platforms?
A: After linking an eligible PSN account with a Gryphline Account, you can log in using the Gryphline Account on iOS, Android, or PC, or log in on PlayStation® with the PSN account linked to the same Gryphline Account to share the same game progress.

Q: Why was a new account created when I logged in using my Google account?
A: You may have created two different Gryphline Accounts: one via Google third-party login and another using your Gmail address. Please check and ensure you are using the corresponding login method.

Gameplay

Q: How do I claim the Arknights: Endfield Pre-Order Bundle?
A: Pre-Order Bundles purchased via the PlayStation™Store will be automatically delivered to the game character associated with the Gryphline Account you first used to enter the game on PlayStation®, after you complete the main mission [Chapter I Process I: Break the Siege] and unlock the [Acquisition Center]. If you still don't receive the bundle after completing the mission, please try restarting the game.

Q: Why can't I adjust the graphics settings? / Why are some graphics options locked?
A: Your device model does not support higher graphics settings. To ensure the best gaming experience, the available graphics options have been limited.

Q: What should I do if I become stuck somewhere in the map?
A: We are aware that under specific circumstances, the controlled operator may enter unintended areas or cause the game to freeze. Solution: Please try using a [TP Point] within the scene or use the [Settings > Control > Unstuck] feature to resolve this.

Q: What should I do if the webpage won't load when using a PC?
A: We are aware that PC users may see a "PlatformProcess is not responding" message when opening webpages in-game. Solution: Please select "Close the program" and try opening the page again.
