if it's something that cannot be dumped (sewage), wastewater treatment unit is the correct facility

if it's either xircon effluent or inert xircon effluent, those also cannot be dumped and preferably should be put to use instead of fed to treatment

Sewage outlet is just transferring 2 refiners worth, and essentially the crucibles are having a stroke whenever they see no ferrium powder and not crafting for a second, causing gaps in production and slowing down literally everything else
