Lights flicker too much (+ other issues)

I've noticed that far away lights flicker way too much and stop flickering only when you move closer to them

also are you going to update the game to a newer version of unreal?

much lower performance in this area yet neither my cpu nor my gpu are being fully utilized (i usually get 100-120 fps)

the yellow wall areas seem to perform much worse than the hospital
