Hi, I want to know how the burner ID works with my main apple ID on my iPhone. I am using windows 10 laptop for sideloading. If I sign in to iTunes using burner ID and use it to sideload the altstore on my iphone then what will happen to my main apple ID on my iphone? I dont want to mess with my main apple ID.

No your not logging into your phone at all with the account
