Try reinstalling altserver

#

Check that altserver actually in the firewall

#

No let’s try something else can you show me a picture of the Apple folder in your program files

#

Altserver says there should a directory called program files X86/common files/Apple

#

Try making the directories and see what it says then

#

What do you mean?

#

Do you not have this?

#

I already had all this stuff in here.

#

Do you not?

#

Is there anything in yours?

#

In all the folders

#

Try uninstalling and see if these stay

#

If they stay in and delete them

#

Then reinstall

#

Reading the names of the things inside the folder seems like you have to uninstall iTunes and iCloud

#

Once you uninstall check if these folders are still here

#

What about iTunes?

#

Ok

#

Try deleting the other folders

#

Yeah uninstall

#

Open task manager and search for anything named Apple

#

I don’t have iTunes or iCloud open and these are running

#

Are those files gone?

#

OK now uninstall Sideserver and altserver

#

Yes install everything but sideserver

#

Make sure you’re logged in at least for iTunes

#

OK good

#

You can try going to into your window apps to see if it’s still installed

#

No windows app folder

#

To see if there’s still something installed of Apple

#

Or you check via the store

#

Where the store or the folder

#

You went to this directory right?

#

What does choose folder do? In the error?

#

Go to your control panel click programs and then click turn windows features on or off

#

What net framework are using?

#

I’m using 4.8

#

Try deselecting net 3.5.

#

Close alt store and open it as administrator

#

Where does the download button take you?

#

Where does the download button take you?

#

Did you use that?

#

Are you using a laptop or desktop?

#

Do you want me to send the folder I have to you to see if replacing it works for you

#

Ok wait

#

Yeah, the one in the common folder

#

Close and open

#

Add this one too

#

Then try again

#

No

#

This is third one in the folder add it

#

Do you have anything that might be interfering with altserver

#

Wait I’m going to check my firewall on my computer

#

Go to control panel, go to system security, and then go to firewall and then allow other apps and then add altserver

#

Same error message?

#

Do you have any other computer to use altserver?

#

@dapper vessel is there any updates for your computer

#

Check if you have an update

#

What I think is happening is is that altserver is not recognizing that you have iCloud but you actually do have iCloud install

#

It just a bug for altserver at least that I think

#

Unsolved ❌
