Starting today I have noticed when I jump up to clear a fence or get ontop a block pile or even jump to a ladder I will rag doll and it puts me face down on ground. I used to drop off my car port and go on but now it rag dolls me at times as well. it just started this morning. no other skills/perks/books since i last palyed so that would not be it.

I just noticed now after this happens I can jump very high like high as street lights and redsults in sprang leg

i tooke them off it appears to be them.
