Not sure if bug or feature but, while I'm away from base rain collectors will not collect water when it's raining.
While I would accept this in even when I'm on other side of map or something but i was about 500m away from my base when it was massive down-pour, so i would say there was rain in my base.
Came back to see they are empty.
They do collect rain when I'm around.
They are not under LCB influence.
