ok happened to me twice, was playing and no infection, logged off for the night (single player) then logged in next day instant infection..... What gives is this a bug or am i missing something like auto infection after a while?? Irritating i took great care not to take too much damage ad also took antibiotics before the infection was registered as well as vitamins.. and it was not like it was during a play session but as soon as i relogged i was infected

Vitamins dont block infection iirc, and infection isnt immediately clear until its high
So maybe you had a higher infection than you thought

technically you are always infected from day 1
you just can't see it until it gets to a certain point, unless you test early with those kits

Infection only shows up if it reaches 60%. Afterwards it's constantly visible.
