Sounds cool. But is the downside of infection then? Seems all the benefits to leave it high
Maybe make it a permadeath character heh. Then you definitely got to make sure you don't turn from infection
What about higher food and water consumption to provide higher run speed and stamina regeneration?
Or increased natural healing (which also drains food), but reduced effects/benefits from medicine?

I would maybe change that to 50% infection items effectivity reduction? So honey gives 5 min of protection?
Because honey is quite easy to come by and it would completely eradicate the downsied of this clas
