#Sand blocks should provide more sand

just diggy more holes. Get your gathering up. The amount is rather ok. Especially once you get to a desert biome. Trust me, you pray for less while there.
Valor, buddy, do you just have the intent on trying to buff every single thing in this mod? 😂
Cement mixer op
I mean.. It's already a 1:1 ratio for stone to sand
Aight based off what I've seen, so from those two persectives to make both peepos happy, ratio will be 5:1 and time will be 4 seconds per craft 😎
🤦♂️
My sarcasm is impeccable it seems
I mean, mining stone then throwing it into aa mixer is more steps, and taking up your mixer leaving it unusable till it spits out your sand. Valuable time which you don't have till you have more than a single mixer, and even then much of that time it is not worth it. Going out and mining the sand is more productive as you leave the mixers to make cement.
I undersand the sentiment, but that is what your gathering skill is for or just better shovels. When you get to the point of 2 hitting sand blocks you will see why it is the way it is.
it is one thing if the scaling is near impossible and needs a perfect/near perfect performance to make it through without dying (combat scaling) but this is harvesting and diggy hole. TBH I think there should be 2 separate gathering perks cause that 1.10% increased harvest count does nothing for digging/mining (at 100 that would be 10% and 10% of 3 is .3) The second gathering perk having a higher count to actually affect how much you get from digging/mining.
At the same time that is a small potato when you just take an auger, add the block damage increases, and mine up the desert faster than any mixer could net you with a T1 auger 40 harvest 20 digging. 3 sand per makes no difference when you are digging it up at the speed of sound.
Side note that I just remembered... Stone has higher health points, 2 hits worth compared to sand with a 10 in mining/digging/gathering and stone gives you 2 more than sand... Coincidence? I THINK NOT!
So the arguement that sand gives you less is moot with that alone. per block? Yes, but you break sand faster than stone and get the same amount
