#Photos Not Syncing Between iOS client and macOS client.

I just discovered/installed Ente today, so my apologies for any ignorance. I set the link to http://photos.mydomain.com:8080 on both my phone and laptop. I created an account and logged into both devices. I limited Ente's access to a single photo to test if they were uploading properly, and I notice that the photo uploaded on my phone is not synced to my macOS client. I also successfully uploaded a photo on my MacBook, but interestingly it did not sync to the iOS app.

I notice that the macOS client displays the correct URL, but also shows the "free 10gb plan." (see image 1). I also see that it recognizes both clients in the active sessions tab.

Installation details:
macOS version: v1.7.22
iOS version: v1.3.32

  • Ubuntu via Docker compose on a dedicated server
  • Twingate
  • Mega S4 (storage)

Does anyone know how I could resolve this? I'm not sure what files/logs would be needed to diagnose this as I've been skimming it over myself for a while to no avail. I'll happily provide any relevant information.

I resolved the issue with the desktop client being limited to the free tier instead of my storage provider. However, virtually everything in the iOS app appears to be broken despite there being no errors upon repeated logout/login cycles. Is anyone aware of how to fix this?
