Hi, I've been uploading a lot of photos to my account. At the moment it's stuck with a file upload. I can't cancel the upload (It just says "Cancelling remaining uploads" forever), or retry it, or upload anything else. I have closed the app, closed processes in task manager, rebooted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it's still stuck. What else can I do to fix this? THanks.

For a stuck upload in the Ente Windows desktop app showing "Cancelling remaining uploads" indefinitely, try these steps:
- Check your internet connection is stable and not blocking Ente servers (disable VPN or firewall temporarily).
- Disable "Faster uploads" in the app under
Settings > Preferences > Advancedto avoid upload issues caused by Cloudflare proxy. - Verify you have enough storage quota and empty your trash if needed.
- If the stuck file is a large video, disable machine learning features in
Settings > Preferences > Machine learningbefore retrying the upload. - Restart the app after these changes and try uploading again.
