Frankly the #1 thing I want them to work on in OW2 is to tweak things such that high-skill individual plays still get punished by average team plays (but high skill team plays, obviously, trump average team plays)

So... you wanna put a Genji or Tracer in our backline? On his own he's gonna get wrecked by a team, if you wanna use that kind of play, it only has value if the rest of the team run some kind of tactic that capitalises on it.
