With APAC teams in OWL, You probably won't notice until you watch Chengdu during summer showdown when their ping was at a significant disadvantage, but since then it hasn't stopped them from getting wins against NYXL or Seoul.

I see no issue with it. One the reasons high elo lost a big part of the player base is because of the limitations of stacking with friends
If not, if you don't want to play against three stack owl players, then devs need to come up with a separate comp for players above certain SR
