My perspective is that some of them will change. Moira primarily is heal bot. Literally no utility to save or help teammates engage. She has burst heal, but besides that, what else? Nothing to offer. And her ability to fade is something for herself as well. 0 utility. But why are people selfish? What kind of play style does she creates? One of the reasons is her design. Players figured out to either become a heal bot or a flanking damage dealer to target 200 HP enemy's who are vulnerable. Doesn't it work? Just fade out!

Now, with the nerfed abilities and reworked fade, she will become like Brig. Changing positions. Brigitte went from a frontline support, to a more passive support whose abilities were balanced. Changing hero abilities will change how they are played. When new players play Moira for the first time and will test her abilities, they will learn what it can do and what it can't. This pushes them to become more of a team player because of her abilities that make it possible
