This conversation is getting silly. Obviously different heroes are played more or less at different ranks/levels of play. But if we're talking about what's "meta" it's silly to bother looking anywhere else that isn't the top of the ladder, which would be GM and above (pro-play). Because, to be frank, players at lower levels aren't actually skilled enough to truly grasp what is and isn't good, nor how to play said hero to achieve that value.
