It's never easy getting a roster you want in the off-season, especially if a team didn't perform so well the previous season. I definitely had hoped for more power early in the season in the roster selection phase, and maybe clearer guidelines from the org on budget issues. Having more budget = ability to chase top/expensive players. Having lower budget = needing to spend time to try-out players.
I think the obvious counter-point is that a truly great coaching staff can coach any team to a decent results and I agree. Part of the reason I left was also because I wasn't good enough a Head Coach to bind a mixed team as a solid unit and that's primarily the Head Coach's job.
Another reason(and a more happy one) was because I saw improvements from the team and the general excitement to play with our two new players(Stitch and Jjanu). This way, I can truly leave without regret, knowing the team is heading in a good direction. My salary can free up the budget for the team to look for other players too.
Throughout the last 6 months, I have grown close to many of the players and the coaches. I love Wiz, Supreme and Bani like brothers and I truly believe the other coaches can and will work magic with our new roster."

Score is a former Pro jungler (league of legends position) and is often considered the goat jungler. The comparison both are arguably the goats in their role Jungler and hitscan and yet despite being premier players for the start of their careers they haven’t won much as Score in 4 years as jungler only won one domestic title and no international titles while Carpe hasn’t won in Apex,Contenders or OWL
Pretty interesting as these two are often considered the greatest for their roles and have few little accolades
Which is why it’s a good comparison
And if Carpe stays at a superstar level for more years and fails to win it will only become a better comparison

I’m going by pure potential and let’s not lie it’s not even a debate on who has higher peaks between TheShy,Flandre and 369. Yes TheShy has been slumping but you saw this season when he’s on he can easily 1v9 even with his team inting. And Flandre cmon man this dude been a superstar for 4 years and one split he plays bad and he’s worse than 369
The reason I don’t think 369 will be in that S tier is because frankly he doesn’t have the mechanical prowess
And in the 3 splits he has played he hasn’t shown him to be that type of mechanical monster that if you give him a winning matchup and he gets an early kill or two that he will win you the game
Guys like Zoom,Khan,Flandre,TheShy you give them a good matchup and they get a kill? Check back in 25 minutes and I guarantee you they will be 2-3 levels ahead of their top counterpart
Now here’s the kicker these guys can do against each other
And have been doing since their rookie split
369 has never done this to any of them
Sure he has outplayed these guys but he has never stomped a guy of this caliber
And guess what happened when he played zoom in the finals? In game 1 ? He got his teeth kicked in

Players can improve mechanically but usually superstar talents already are on that level since day 1
369 has improved a lot in other areas such as pure consistency and expanded his pool as well as his mechanics on some champs but the mechanical improvement isn’t that much
To me he’ll be a top laner that on average is worse than guys like khan,TheShy,Zoom but absolutely can outplay and it won’t be a big deal
Kid is crazy good
But I don’t think he can be on that level
