As is usually the case in leagues with set divisions, the first games of the season are against other teams in the division. Later on the divisions open up and you begin to see more teams from different divisions face off in the regular season.

There are Pacific and Atlantic Divisions (and then North, South, East, Weat). Seoul is in the Pacific side. Teams from each division basically only play other teams in those divisions for the first half of the season. So even though Seoul was scheduled to play at other homestands, those events were all in South East Asia against teams in the region. Which was compromised first.
