Basically, whoever pushes cart the farthest, wins. If a team pushes cart to the end of the map, the opposing team is forced to do the same. If the opposing team does the same, and pushes cart to the end of the map as well, both teams restart the process with whatever time they have remaining. Meters are just the designated measurement for how far the payload has to be pushed.
